Leica just announced the Leica Vario-Elmar-SL 100-400 f5-6.3 , a variable aperture weather sealed telephoto zoom lens for the L Mount cameras .

In terms of external controls, the new Leica 100-400 is a 'minimalist' lens. There are no buttons or switches on the lens body such as AF/MF switch, focus hold button, Stabilization On/Off switch, Focus range limiter, etc.
