The advantage of having a shutter angle setting in a camera, compared to a regular shutter speed setting, lies in having the exposure time automatically adjusted when you change the frame rate, keeping the motion blur consistent. This is especially useful in filmmaking, where different frame rates might be used for various effects like slow motion but the desired motion blur remains constant. Currently there are only 47 cameras with Shutter Angle. The latest released Shutter Angle cameras are the Sony FX5, the Nikon ZR and the Fujifilm GFX Eterna 55.
