Leica SOFORT 2 Burton Edition with Jack Blue Finish
I was naively surprised when Leica took Fujifilm’s Instax Mini EVO Hybrid camera, made a few minor modifications, rebranded it as the SOFORT 2, and then priced it at double the cost ($199 vs. $399). But I never expected them to take it even further with the new Burton Edition (Jake Blue)—this time, tripling the price to a staggering $599!

This special edition is a collaboration with Burton Snowboards and sports a distinctive "Jake Blue" color scheme. Along with its eye-catching design, the camera features the Burton logo on its top plate and comes with a custom Burton camera bag.
Leica SOFORT 2 Burton Edition
For those unfamiliar with this category, the Sofort 2 is a compact 4.9MP camera/printer hybrid. It features a tiny Type 1/5 (2.9x2.2mm) CMOS sensor paired with a 2.4mm F2 lens, providing an equivalent 28mm field of view. The camera is compatible with Fujifilm’s Instax Mini film but takes a more digital-first approach—capturing images digitally before allowing users to select which ones to print. It also integrates with the Leica Fotos smartphone app, enabling users to share images or even print photos directly from their smartphone’s gallery.
