Canon is by far the most compact of these four thanks to its Rotary (Extending) zoom design while all the other lenses are Internal Zoom designs. We are not a huge fan of Extendin zom designs especially for more pro-level lenses but the size advantage of the Canon RF 70-200mm is so big compared to others that it becomes a very attractive option for many.
