This is a manual focus lens with a built-in aperture ring, but it still includes electronic contacts to communicate focal length and aperture settings with your camera.The lens lacks any mention of weather sealing, and its bulbous front element means you can’t attach standard filters, so extra care is needed when shooting with it.

Personally, I’ve never been much into fisheye lenses and I never quite know when or why I’d use one. That said, in the right hands, they open the door to some wildly creative shots.
