TTArtisan AF 14mm F3.5 Pancake Lens Released for Fujifilm X Mount
The TTArtisan AF 14mm F3.5 lens, which was initially launched exclusively for Sony E-mount, is now also available for Fujifilm X-mount cameras. On Fujifilm's APS-C bodies like the new X-E5, X-M5 and X-T50, the lens offers a 21mm full-frame equivalent field of view, making it a great ultra-wide option for landscape, street, or travel photography.

While TTArtisan markets this as a "pancake" lens, at Camera Decision, we reserve that label for lenses that measure 30mm or less in total height. The X-mount version is officially listed at 31mm, but that figure likely excludes the full thickness of the metal lens mount. By our measurements, it's closer to 36mm, so it doesn’t quite make the cut as a true pancake in our book.

Features and Optical Formula
USB-C port on the lens cap is not our favorite design choice
The lens features minimal controls; a manual focus ring and a clicked aperture ring with third-stop detents are the only physical controls. It accepts 39mm filters and comes with a matching compact lens hood. There is a built-in USB-C port on the rear lens cap that allows firmware updates, but we woudl prefer to have it on the lens body as chances of losing the rear lens cap is high!
