The new Sigma 16-300mm f3.5-6.7 DC OS C lens ($699) offers the highest zoom ratio (18.7x) specifically designed for mirrorless cameras. Interestingly, Sigma has chosen not to release a Nikon Z-mount version, making it available only for Sony E, Canon RF, Leica L, and Fujifilm X mounts. On the other hand, Nikon offers the lens with the highest zoom ratio featuring full-frame coverage—the Nikkor Z 28-400mm F4-8 VR lens ($999)—which has proven to be an outstanding choice as a versatile, all-in-one solution. However, as expected, it is noticeably larger and heavier than its APS-C counterparts, the Sigma 16-300mm (24-450mm FF equivalent / 26-480mm on Canon RF mount) and the Tamron 18-300mm F3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD ($699) (27-450mm FF equivalent) lenses.
