Leica announced two wideangle lenses for the L mount today: Leica Super-Vario-Elmarit-SL 14-24mm F2.8 ASPH and Leica Super-APO-Summicron-SL 21mm F2 ASPH.

The SL 14-24mm closely resembles the Sigma 14-24mm F2.8 DG DN Art, having the same optical structure (18 elements in 13 groups) and have same dimensions (85 x 131mm), so you know what they say: If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it just may be a duck (Check the comparison of these two ducks here)
