Blackmagic Design PYXIS 12K
Blackmagic has introduced the Blackmagic Design PYXIS 12K, priced at $4,999 and available in Leca L, Canon EF, and ARRI PL mount options. While its body and features closely resemble last year's PYXIS 6K, the new model incorporates a 98.8MP full-frame sensor—the same one featured in the Blackmagic URSA Cine 12K LF. This significant upgrade enables the PYXIS 12K to capture video at a far greater resolution, allowing for extensive cropping flexibility during editing.

Price and availability
The Blackmagic Design PYXIS 12K camera will be available starting July 2025, and it can be pre-ordered in Leica L, Canon EF and ARRI PL mounts for $4,995.
