Viltrox Teases a new Pro Series Lens for Nikon Z Mount
Viltrox is teasing a new 'Pro' series lens for Nikon Z mount cameras on their Facebook page, with an official announcement scheduled for February 10, 2026. The Viltrox Pro lineup includes both APS-C and full-frame lenses, and based on the teaser, this one appears to be a full-frame model. It may well be the Nikon Z version of the AF 50mm F1.4 Pro FE, which is currently only available in Sony E-mount.

So far, Viltrox hasn’t shared much beyond the Pro series branding, a silhouette of the lens, and the release date. Still, we’ll be keeping a close eye on this and will update as soon as more details become available. For reference, the E-mount version currently sells for $549 and has received mixed user reviews at B&H Photo.
