Panasonic has updated its L-mount Lens roadmap to include the Panasonic S 26mm F8 and the S 14-40mm F4.5-6.3 pancake lenses, which were introduced alongside the Lumix S9 camera. It's notable that these two lenses were not part of the March 204 update. This omission could suggest a last-minute change, which seems unlikely, especially for the S 26mm that is already available since designing and producing a lens typically takes longer than two months. Alternatively, Panasonic might have intentionally withheld information about these lenses for some reason.

The Panasonic S 26mm F8 is a missed opportunity in my opinion, check my Panasonic S 26mm F8 vs Nikon Z 26mm F2.8 vs Canon RF 28mm F2.8 Pancake Lens Size and Specs Comparison post and you will understand why I think that way!
Besides these two, there are still two mystery lenses to be announced in the lens roadmap:
- A fast standard zoom, possibly a 28-75mm F2.8
- An Ultra-telephoto zoom, possibly a 100-400mm F5.0-6.3
