Update May 28th: Sony FX2 Images Leaked before the Official Announcement with Specs

Sony just dropped a teaser video ahead of tomorrow’s (May 28th) official reveal of the much-rumored FX2, its next full-frame E-mount cinema camera. Word is it’ll sport a 33 MP sensor (the same or very similar to the one inside the A7 IV and A7C Mark II ), a tilting viewfinder (the screenshot above hints the viewfinder), active cooling and a super-modular body with external mount points. Like the FX3 (which is limited by its 12MP FF sensor tbh) and APS-C FX30 before it, the FX2 is expected to be a true hybrid, ready for video and stills with a mechanical shutter and all the pro-level perks.
