Zhiyun introduced the new CRANE M2 S 3-Axis Hand-held Gimbal stabilzer
Zhiyun introduced the new CRANE M2 S 3-Axis Hand-held Gimbal stabilizer, an update to its popular Crane M2 gimbal. Crane M2 was one of the lightest and smallest gimbal that could actually stabilize compact sized mirrorless camera and small lens combinations besides smaller point-and-shoots and smartphones. With the new version Zhiyun claims improved performance and higher pay load. The previous verison, Crane M2 was capable of stabilizing camera or camera&lens combinations up to 1.6lbs / 725g whereas the Crane M2 S is capable up to 2.2lb / 1000g. Battery life of the Crane M2 S at 10.5 hours is also improved compared to M2's 7 hours.

The CRANE-M2S features a built-in 0.66-inch display that offers real-time status and operating parameters of the camera and gimbal. Various operating modes are available in the CRANE-M2S, including Pan Follow, Follow, Lock, POV, Vortex, and GO. The gimbal features a built-in ultra-bright light that is claimed to be able to produce over 1000 lumens of brightness. It features five levels of adjustability and four color filters.
