Sony A1 Mark II is coming on November 19th, 2024
The new Sony Alpha A1 Mark II, which will replace the Sony A1 that was released back in Jan 2021 will be announced on November 19th. B&H Photo, our favorite online (and brick&mortar) retailer already released a page for the A1 II, and the short video that you can see below.
This is not expected to be a major update, will keep the same 50 MP stacked sensor but will get the Sony Alpha A9 Mark III camera's body, and improved AI-based focusing algorithms and processors (Compare Sony A1 vs Sony A9 III).

Alongside the A1 II, the new FE 28-70mm F2.8 GM lens is also expected to be announced. This new lens is rumored to be significantly more compact and lightweight compared to Canon's RF 28-70mm F2L USM lens.
