Leica M11-D is the latest screen-less rangefinder
The evergrowing Leica M11 family of cameras received a firmware update. Firmware 2.1.3 has been released for Leica M11, M11 Monochrom, and M11-P, as well as the latest M11-D cameras. The easiest way to make the updates is via the Leica Fotos app, one of the best camera apps we experienced.
Here are the changes and improvements coming with the new firmware:
The following errors were remedied:
• Startup Behavior: Occasionally occurring startup freezes were remedied.
• Shoot Alignment: Rotation errors for some shots will no longer occur
• Overexposure: Some rare overexposure errors due to faulty metering were remedied.
• Stability: The firmware has undergone various bug fixes and is now more stable and reliable.
