Nikon Z50 II and Leica Q3 In-Stock
The Leica Q3 (28mm lens version) and the body-only version of the Nikon Z50 II cameras are in-stock in the US for $6,295 and $907 respectively.
Since its launch, the Q3 has consistently been backordered in most markets. Fortunately, the waiting times haven't been as long as those for the Fujifilm X100VI , or the Leica D-Lux 8 that I reviewed here . However, with the upcoming release of the Q3 43 , the Q3 production line may finally have some breathing room.
The Nikon Z50 II is a newer camera that doesn’t attract as much attention as some other compact models. Since its debut, only lens kit options have been available, causing many potential buyers to postpone their purchase and wait for a body-only version , especially those who already own compatible lenses.
