Canon RF 200-800mm IS USM Lens is now in Stock
The Canon RF 200-800mm F6.3-9 IS USM was launched on November 1, 2023—exactly one year ago today. This is the first time I’ve seen this lens in stock at B&H Photo or any reputable online retailer. Now, it’s finally available at B&H Photo for $1,899! (It is also available at Amazon from a third-party seller but for $2,399, we don't want to entertain the scalpers, do we?)

When I wrote My Real Life Review of the Canon RF 200-800mm F6.3-9 IS USM Lens, I had to rent it because it was unavailable everywhere, and even had to wait over two months for it to appear at Lens Rentals. It seems Canon took a year to catch up with the backlog, likely due to supply chain challenges and, even more so, high demand for this lens.
