Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Fujifilm X-T2 and Fujifilm X-Pro2 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm X-T2 has external dimensions of 133 x 92 x 49 mm (5.24 x 3.62 x 1.9″) and weighs 507 g (including batteries). Fujifilm X-Pro2 has external dimensions of 141 x 83 x 56 mm (5.55 x 3.27 x 2.2″) and weighs 495 g (1.09 lb / 17.46 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-T2 and the Fujifilm X-Pro2. Fujifilm X-T2 is 8mm narrower and 7mm thinner than Fujifilm X-Pro2 but it is also 9mm taller.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-T2 and Fujifilm X-Pro2.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm X-T2 and Fujifilm X-Pro2.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Fujifilm X-Pro2 is 12g lighter than the Fujifilm X-T2 but we don't think this will make a significant difference.
Also keep in mind that body weight is not the only deciding factor when comparing two interchangeable camera bodies, you also have to take into account the lenses that you will be using with these bodies. Since both Fujifilm X-T2 and Fujifilm X-Pro2 have the same Fujifilm X lens mount and APS-C sized sensors, lenses will not be a differentiator on total size of the system.
Weather Sealing
Both the X-T2 and the X-Pro2 have weather sealings in their bodies, making them resistant to water and dust.
LCD Screen Size and Features
Fujifilm X-T2's 3.20" LCD screen is slightly larger than Fujifilm X-Pro2's 3 screen.
In addition to the size advantage, Fujifilm X-T2 LCD screen also has a
Tilting feature where you can change the angle of the screen to make it easier to shoot from waist or over-the-head levels. On the other hand, Fujifilm X-Pro2 has a fixed type screen which provides less flexibility in shooting positions compared to X-T2.
