Sony FE 400-800mm Shipped

Sony 400-800mm is available to Pre-Order at BandH Photo
The newly released Sony FE 400-800mm F6.3-8.0 G OSS and Sony FE 16mm F1.8 G lenses will be available for preorder this morning in the US for $2,899 and $799 respectvely. I’ll personally be ordering the 400-800mm lens, either to replace or complement my FE 200-600mm, we’ll see! 😉 The extended focal range is a fantastic addition, but I’m especially eager to test the image stabilization, as that’s my biggest (and possibly only) complaint about the 200-600mm.
Sony FE 400-800mm Pre-order Starts Today
According to Sony, the 400-800mm will start shipping in March 2025, while the 16mm will follow in April. If you’re looking to get your hands on one soon, it’s best to preorder early to avoid potential backlogs.
