In a recent post, we have seen the drastic size difference between Sony A1 and Nikon Z9 . Unlike what Sony has done with their flagship mirrorless Alpha A1, Canon chose a Pro-body with built-in grips for its flagship EOS R3, similar to Nikon Z9.

Nikon Z9 has external dimensions of 149 x 150 x 91 mm (5.87 x 5.91 x 3.58″) and weighs 1340 g (2.95 lb / 47.27 oz) (including batteries). Canon R3 has external dimensions of 150 x 143 x 87 mm (5.91 x 5.63 x 3.43″) and weighs 1015 g (2.24 lb / 35.80 oz) (including batteries).
