DxO Mark released the sensor test scores of the popular flagship, the Nikon Z9. Z9 got an overall score of 98 which ties with Sony Alpha A1 and 1 point better than the Canon EOS R3 .

What is more interesting is that the overall score of the Z9 is lower than both Nikon D850 , Nikon Z7 Mark II and Nikon Z7 . We take sensor test scores with a grain of salt but have to say that DxO makes the most consistent and scientific tests in this area in our opinion.
