Update September 7th: New M11-D Accessories added
Images of the long-awaited Leica M11-D, the successor to the M10-D, are here. Leica's M-D series cameras offer a shooting experience very close to film cameras by removing the LCD screen from the back. The only way to see your images without transferring them to your camera is to use a Visoflex II Electronic Viewfinder or the Leica FOTOS App for mobile devices.
The new M11-D will be using the 60MP sensor with Triple Resolution Technology on the Leica M11-P. It will also come with 256GB of built-in storage. The M11-D will also become the second camera to feature Leica's Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) technology.
The new camera is expected to be released in September 2024, but considering that its launch date has already been delayed a few times, there is still a risk of another postponement.

Are there any alternatives?
The Leica M10-D is discontinued and only available in the used market. A less-known alternative to Leica's M D series of 'screenless' cameras is the Pixii Max digital rangefinder camera with a 24MP full-frame sensor and Leica M mount.
