7artisans 24mm-96mm T2.9 S35 Cine Zoom Lens
7artisans released a new 24mm-96mm T2.9 S35 Cine Zoom Lens with PL and EF mounts. However, the PL mount version is adaptable to E, Z, RF, and L-Mount cameras with the use of a specially designed adapter ring for conversion.
Focus, Zoom and Aperture Throws
Being a Super35 (S35) format lens, it covers the APS-C sensor and has an FF equivalent focal range of 36-144mm on these cameras. 7Artisans claims a parfocal design with this lens which means the focus plane doesn't change as you zoom in and out. In addition, the company also says the focus breathing is minimal thanks to careful design to satisfy video shooters' requirements.
