    Olympus E-M10 IV Review - Editor's Note

E-M10 Mark IV is the  the fourth generation of Olympus' entry-level OM-D E-M10 series mirrorless cameras. E-M10 Mark IV gains a new 20MP sensor (and the latest TruePic VIII processor), a significant step up from the 16MP sensor of its predecessor, Mark III. New model also comes with a new LCD monitor that can flip down 180 degrees, making the camera selfie and vlogging friendly. It even has a dedicated Selfie mode that makes it easy to operate the camera with one hand while taking selfies.

Mark IV is the first camera in E-M10 series to have the USB charging feature, which we find very handy to charge on-the-go.  The AF system on the  E-M10 Mark IV is also improved compared to older E-M10 Mark III, promising higher Continuous Auto Focus accuracy.

With all these improvements - in addition to its 5-axis sensor based image stabilization system, 4K video recording, compact body and excellent selection of MFT mount lenses - Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV makes a very good first camera.
