LCD and Viewfinder
Canon N has a Tilting 2.8″ LCD screen with a resolution of 461k dots. At only 2.8″, the screen is on the smaller side and 461kdot resolution is lower than most of the recent models in this class.

N doesn't have a viewfinder and no option for external viewfinder. Lack of a viewfinder can be problematic especially under strong light where visibility of LCD screens goes down dramatically. Max Shutter speed
Canon N can shoot continuously at max speed of 2 fps and has max shutter speed of 1/2000 sec.
Unfortunately N doesn't have an external flash shoe so you are limited with the built-in flash.
Canon N features a Contrast Detection autofocusing system.
With Canon N, you can record your videos at a highest resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 24 fps and save in and H.264 formats. Full HD resolution of Canon N will be adequate in most of the situations. N also a high speed mode where it captures videos at 240 fps for ultra slow motion videos. N has a built-in Stereo microphone and a Mono speaker.

Thanks to the built-in wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity feature, Canon N lets you transfer your photos directly to compatible devices without any physical connection.

Battery Canon N is powered by battery which provides a shooting life of 200 according to CIPA standards.
Considering that the average battery life of Compact type cameras is 255 shots, Canon N has a short battery life for its class so we strongly recommend N owners to buy some extra batteries.
