Sony NEX-F3 has a
16.0MP APS-C (23.4 x 15.6 mm ) sized CMOS sensor and features Bionz processor. On the other hand, Hasselblad X1D has a
51.0MP Medium format (44 x 33 mm ) sized CMOS sensor .
Hasselblad X1D's sensor provides 35MP more than Sony NEX-F3's sensor, which gives a significant advantage in real life. You can print your images larger or crop more freely.
On the other hand, please keep in mind that Max sensor resolution is not the only determinant of resolving power. Factors such as the optical elements, low pass filter, pixel size and sensor technology also affects the final resolution of the captured image.

DxOMark is a benchmark that scientifically assesses image quality of camera sensors. It scores camera sensors for color depth (DXO Portrait), dynamic range (DXO Landscape) and low-light sensitivity (DXO Sports), and also gives them an overall score. Sony NEX-F3 and Hasselblad X1D sensors have been tested by DxO and the results show that X1D has a better overall score of 102, 29 points higher compared to NEX-F3's score of 73.

Sensor size sets the circle of confusion, so it drives how much depth of field each
of these bodies gives you at a given aperture. You can calculate it exactly for the

One thing to watch when comparing these two: they have different sensor sizes
(APS-C versus Medium format),
so compare them at the same framing rather than the same focal length.
