Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Leica TL2 and Sony A6100 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Leica TL2 has external dimensions of 134 x 69 x 33 mm (5.28 x 2.72 x 1.3″) and weighs 399 g (0.88 lb / 14.07 oz) (including batteries). Sony A6100 has external dimensions of 120 x 67 x 59 mm (4.72 x 2.64 x 2.32″) and weighs 396 g (0.87 lb / 13.97 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Leica TL2 and the Sony A6100. Sony A6100 is 14mm narrower and 2mm shorter than Leica TL2 but it is also 26mm thicker.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Leica TL2 and Sony A6100.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Leica TL2 and Sony A6100.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Sony A6100 is 3g lighter than the Leica TL2 but we don't think this will make a significant difference.
Also keep in mind that body weight is not the only deciding factor when comparing two interchangeable camera bodies, you also have to take into account the lenses that you will be using with these bodies. Since both Leica TL2 and Sony A6100 have the same APS-C sized sensor, their lenses for a similar focal length and aperture will be similar in size and weight.
Weather Sealing
Unfortunately neither the Leica TL2 nor Sony Alpha a6100 provides any type of weather sealing in their bodies, so you have to give extra care especially when you are shooting outdoors. LCD Screen Size and Features
