Fujifilm X100T has a 16.0MP APS-C sensor whereas Sony RX1R has a 24.0MP Full frame sensor. Fujifilm X100T was introduced to market in September 2014 and Sony RX1R was launched in June 2013. There is 15 months difference between X100T and RX1R so we don't expect to see a huge technology difference between these two cameras but it would still give an advantage to younger X100T, especially in sensor tech.

Fujifilm X100T has a 16.0MP APS-C (23.6 x 15.8 mm ) sized CMOS X-TRANS II sensor and features EXR Processor II processor. On the other hand, Sony RX1R has a 24.0MP Full frame (35.8 x 23.9 mm ) sized CMOS sensor .

Sony RX1R's sensor provides 8MP more than Fujifilm X100T's sensor, which gives a significant advantage in real life. You can print your images larger or crop more freely. On the other hand, please keep in mind that Max sensor resolution is not the only determinant of resolving power. Factors such as the optical elements, low pass filter, pixel size and sensor technology also affects the final resolution of the captured image.
