Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Fujifilm X-T100 and Fujifilm X-T2 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm X-T100 has external dimensions of 121 x 83 x 47 mm (4.76 x 3.27 x 1.85″) and weighs 448 g (0.99 lb / 15.80 oz) (including batteries). Fujifilm X-T2 has external dimensions of 133 x 92 x 49 mm (5.24 x 3.62 x 1.9″) and weighs 507 g (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-T100 and the Fujifilm X-T2. Fujifilm X-T100 is clearly the smaller of the two cameras. Its body is 12mm narrower, 9mm shorter and 2mm thinner than Fujifilm X-T2.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-T100 and Fujifilm X-T2.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm X-T100 and Fujifilm X-T2.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Fujifilm X-T100 is 59g lighter than the Fujifilm X-T2 but we don't think this will make a significant difference.
Also keep in mind that body weight is not the only deciding factor when comparing two interchangeable camera bodies, you also have to take into account the lenses that you will be using with these bodies. Since both Fujifilm X-T100 and Fujifilm X-T2 have the same Fujifilm X lens mount and APS-C sized sensors, lenses will not be a differentiator on total size of the system.
Weather Sealing
Thanks to the weather-sealed body of the X-T2, you can use this camera with more confidence under conditions where there is risk of exposure to water and dust compared to the X-T100.
LCD Screen Size and Features
Fujifilm X-T2's 3.20" LCD screen is slightly larger than Fujifilm X-T100's 3 screen.
