Hasselblad X2D II has a
100.0MP Medium format (44 x 33 mm ) sized CMOS sensor . On the other hand, Fujifilm GFX 100RF has a
102.0MP Medium format (44 x 33 mm ) sized BSI-CMOS sensor and features X-Processor 5 processor.
One other difference between these two cameras that is worth mentioning is that Fujifilm GFX 100RF's sensor doesn't have an anti-alias (Low-Pass) filter. Removing anti-alias filter increases the sharpness and level of detail but at the same time, it increases the chance of moiré occurring in certain scenes.
