Both cameras have 1/2.3-inch sensors but Fujifilm XP50 has a 14.0 MP and Fujifilm XP60 has a 16.0 MP resolution. Fujifilm XP50 was introduced to market in January 2012 and Fujifilm XP60 was launched in June 2013.
