Blackmagic 6K G2 has a
21.0MP Super 35 (23.1 x 13 mm ) sized CMOS sensor . On the other hand, Z CAM E2C 4K has a
16.8MP Four Thirds (17.56 x 13.11 mm ) sized CMOS sensor .
Blackmagic 6K G2's sensor provides 4.2MP more than Z CAM E2C 4K's sensor, which gives a significant advantage in real life. You can print your images larger or crop more freely.
On the other hand, please keep in mind that Max sensor resolution is not the only determinant of resolving power. Factors such as the optical elements, low pass filter, pixel size and sensor technology also affects the final resolution of the captured image.

As seen above, Blackmagic 6K G2 has a 1.3x Larger sensor area than Z CAM E2C 4K. Larger sensors give photographer more control on the depth of field and blurry background compared to smaller sensor when shot in same focal length and aperture.
Sensor size sets the circle of confusion, so it drives how much depth of field each
of these bodies gives you at a given aperture. You can calculate it exactly for the

One thing to watch when comparing these two: they have different sensor sizes
(Super 35 versus Four Thirds),
so compare them at the same framing rather than the same focal length.
