Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Samsung WB700 and Fujifilm X-E2 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Samsung WB700 has external dimensions of 100 x 59 x 22 mm (3.94 x 2.32 x 0.87″) and weighs (including batteries). Fujifilm X-E2 has external dimensions of 129 x 75 x 37 mm (5.08 x 2.95 x 1.46″) and weighs 350 g (0.77 lb / 12.35 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Samsung WB700 and the Fujifilm X-E2. Samsung WB700 is clearly the smaller of the two cameras. Its body is 29mm narrower, 16mm shorter and 15mm thinner than Fujifilm X-E2. As you can tell, actually this is not a fair size comparison since Samsung WB700 has a built-in lens but Fujifilm X-E2 doesn't. Once you put a lens on X-E2, its thickness will increase significantly.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Samsung WB700 is 350g lighter than the Fujifilm X-E2 but we don't think this will make a significant difference.
Again, this comparison may not be very useful in real life as we are comparing the weight of a camera with a built-in lens to the body-only weight of an interchangeable lens camera. Once you put a lens on X-E2, the total kit will weigh much higher.
Weather Sealing
Unfortunately neither the Samsung WB700 nor Fujifilm X-E2 provides any type of weather sealing in their bodies, so you have to give extra care especially when you are shooting outdoors. LCD Screen Size and Features
Samsung WB700 and Fujifilm X-E2's LCD screens have the same diagonal size of 3.00 inches.
Unfortunately, both cameras has fixed screens so they don't tilt or flip in directions.
