Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Panasonic GH5 II and Sony T110 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Panasonic GH5 II has external dimensions of 139 x 98 x 87 mm (5.47 x 3.86 x 3.43″) and weighs 727 g (1.60 lb / 25.64 oz) (including batteries). Sony T110 has external dimensions of 93 x 56 x 17 mm (3.66 x 2.2 x 0.67″) and weighs 121 g (0.27 lb / 4.27 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Panasonic GH5 II and the Sony T110. Sony T110 is clearly the smaller of the two cameras. Its body is 46mm narrower, 42mm shorter and 70mm thinner than Panasonic GH5 II. As you can tell, actually this is not a fair size comparison since Sony T110 has a built-in lens but Panasonic GH5 II doesn't. Once you put a lens on GH5 II, its thickness will increase significantly.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Panasonic GH5 II and Sony T110.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Panasonic GH5 II and Sony T110.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Sony T110 is significantly lighter (606g ) than the Panasonic GH5 II which may become a big advantage especially on long walking trips.
Again, this comparison may not be very useful in real life as we are comparing the weight of a camera with a built-in lens to the body-only weight of an interchangeable lens camera. Once you put a lens on GH5 II, the total kit will weigh much higher.
Weather Sealing
With its weather-sealed body, we believe that the GH5 II has a big advantage over the T110 which doesn't provide any kind of environmental sealing.
LCD Screen Size and Features
Panasonic GH5 II and Sony T110's LCD screens have the same diagonal size of 3.00 inches.
On the other hand, Panasonic GH5 II sports a
Fully Articulated screen which you can change the angle and position of the screen almost freely, making it possible to shoot from waist or over-the-head levels, and especially very useful for shooting selfies and video. Sony T110's LCD screen is a fixed type which provides almost no flexibility in shooting positions compared to GH5 II.
