Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Fujifilm X-E2S and Samsung TL205 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm X-E2S has external dimensions of 129 x 75 x 37 mm (5.08 x 2.95 x 1.46″) and weighs 350 g (0.77 lb / 12.35 oz) (including batteries). Samsung TL205 has external dimensions of 99 x 59 x 20 mm (3.9 x 2.32 x 0.79″) and weighs 177 g (0.39 lb / 6.24 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-E2S and the Samsung TL205. Samsung TL205 is clearly the smaller of the two cameras. Its body is 30mm narrower, 16mm shorter and 17mm thinner than Fujifilm X-E2S. As you can tell, actually this is not a fair size comparison since Samsung TL205 has a built-in lens but Fujifilm X-E2S doesn't. Once you put a lens on X-E2S, its thickness will increase significantly.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-E2S and Samsung TL205.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm X-E2S and Samsung TL205.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Samsung TL205 is significantly lighter (173g ) than the Fujifilm X-E2S which may become a big advantage especially on long walking trips.
Again, this comparison may not be very useful in real life as we are comparing the weight of a camera with a built-in lens to the body-only weight of an interchangeable lens camera. Once you put a lens on X-E2S, the total kit will weigh much higher.
Weather Sealing
Unfortunately neither the Fujifilm X-E2S nor Samsung TL205 (PL100) provides any type of weather sealing in their bodies, so you have to give extra care especially when you are shooting outdoors. LCD Screen Size and Features
Fujifilm X-E2S's 3.00" LCD screen is slightly larger than Samsung TL205's 2.7" screen.
Unfortunately, both cameras has fixed screens so they don't tilt or flip in directions.
