Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Fujifilm XP130 and Samsung NX1100 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm XP130 has external dimensions of 110 x 71 x 28 mm (4.33 x 2.8 x 1.1″) and weighs 207 g (0.46 lb / 7.30 oz) (including batteries). Samsung NX1100 has external dimensions of 114 x 63 x 37 mm (4.49 x 2.48 x 1.46″) and weighs 222 g (0.49 lb / 7.83 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Fujifilm XP130 and the Samsung NX1100. Fujifilm XP130 is 4mm narrower and 9mm thinner than Samsung NX1100 but it is also 8mm taller. As you can tell, actually this is not a fair size comparison since Fujifilm XP130 has a built-in lens but Samsung NX1100 doesn't. Once you put a lens on NX1100, its thickness will increase significantly.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Fujifilm XP130 and Samsung NX1100.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm XP130 and Samsung NX1100.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Fujifilm XP130 is 15g lighter than the Samsung NX1100 but we don't think this will make a significant difference.
Again, this comparison may not be very useful in real life as we are comparing the weight of a camera with a built-in lens to the body-only weight of an interchangeable lens camera. Once you put a lens on NX1100, the total kit will weigh much higher.
Weather Sealing
Thanks to the weather-sealed body of the XP130, you can use this camera with more confidence under conditions where there is risk of exposure to water and dust compared to the NX1100.
LCD Screen Size and Features
Fujifilm XP130 and Samsung NX1100's LCD screens have the same diagonal size of 3.00 inches.
Unfortunately, both cameras has fixed screens so they don't tilt or flip in directions.
