Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs.
In this section, we are going to illustrate the Fujifilm XP120 and Canon 70D side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm XP120 has external dimensions of 110 x 71 x 28 mm (4.33 x 2.8 x 1.1″) and weighs 203 g (0.45 lb / 7.16 oz) (including batteries). Canon 70D has external dimensions of 139 x 104 x 79 mm (5.47 x 4.11 x 3.09″) and weighs 755 g (1.66 lb / 26.63 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Fujifilm XP120 and the Canon 70D. Fujifilm XP120 is clearly the smaller of the two cameras. Its body is 29mm narrower, 33mm shorter and 51mm thinner than Canon 70D. As you can tell, actually this is not a fair size comparison since Fujifilm XP120 has a built-in lens but Canon 70D doesn't. Once you put a lens on 70D, its thickness will increase significantly.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Fujifilm XP120 and Canon 70D.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm XP120 and Canon 70D.
Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day.
Fujifilm XP120 is significantly lighter (552g ) than the Canon 70D which may become a big advantage especially on long walking trips.
Again, this comparison may not be very useful in real life as we are comparing the weight of a camera with a built-in lens to the body-only weight of an interchangeable lens camera. Once you put a lens on 70D, the total kit will weigh much higher.

LCD Screen Size and Features
Fujifilm XP120 and Canon 70D's LCD screens have the same diagonal size of 3.00 inches.
On the other hand, Canon 70D sports a
Fully Articulated screen which you can change the angle and position of the screen almost freely, making it possible to shoot from waist or over-the-head levels, and especially very useful for shooting selfies and video. Fujifilm XP120's LCD screen is a fixed type which provides almost no flexibility in shooting positions compared to 70D.
