Fujifilm S5 Pro has a 6.0MP APS-C (23 x 15.5 mm ) sized CCD sensor . On the other hand, Pentax 645Z has a 51.0MP Medium format (44 x 33 mm ) sized CMOS sensor and features PRIME III processor.
Pentax 645Z's sensor provides 45MP more than Fujifilm S5 Pro's sensor, which gives a significant advantage in real life. You can print your images larger or crop more freely.
On the other hand, please keep in mind that Max sensor resolution is not the only determinant of resolving power. Factors such as the optical elements, low pass filter, pixel size and sensor technology also affects the final resolution of the captured image.

Fujifilm S5 Pro and Pentax 645Z sensors have been tested by DxO and the results show that 645Z has a better overall score of 101, 36 points higher compared to S5 Pro's score of 65.
